In this lens I’ll be talking about most liked Indian curry recipes.

2- Fame of different curries varies from city to city; for example, vindaloo in Goa, Malayali in Kerala and vegetarian curries in Karnataka.
3- It’s believed, if you eat curry; Alzheimer’s and colon cancer will stay away from you. Well, even if you don’t believe, you can still try. There’s nothing to lose!
4- Curries represent the Indian culture, so if you want to get a taste of Indian culture, you know what you need to do!

Types of Curry in India:
1- Rajma Masala- Unique curry of Punjab:
Its specific delicious taste is due to garam masla powder and kidney beans. Give 50 minutes to cooking and cherish the taste.
2- Chickpea Curry- Mouthwatering dish
Using olive oil and cinnamon sticks, I can refresh my kitchen with the appetizing smell of this curry within 2 hours.
3- Cauliflower Kootu:
Having the spices, along with coconut and vegetables, this healthful curry is famous in South Indian provinces.
4- Paneer Jalfrezi:
Well, I have something for cheese lovers too; this is one of the famous vegetarian curries with cottage cheese in it.
5- Pure Vegetable Curry:
This vegetarian curry normally consists of potatoes, carrots and peas and is particularly eaten in North Indian provinces during the season when green peas are available.
6- Easy Indian Curried Lamb:
Though it takes 5 to 6 hours to be cooked, but trust me when I’m finished with it and taste it, I want to spend another 6 hours in preparation of this delicious sizzling dish.

Recipe of Indian Chicken Curry- My Most Favorite Curry:
The reason of Chicken curry being my favorite is that it’s not only unimaginably delicious but a little spicy as well. Here is an easy and quick way to cook and savor its taste.
1- Take boneless chicken breast, make small pieces and sprinkle some salt to them.
2- Cook the chicken in hot oil at high flame until it turns brown; then put it aside.
3- Add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions in the frying pan and fry for nearly 8 minutes. Now add curry powder, cumin, turmeric, approximately 1-2 table spoon of water, coriander, and cayenne to the paste and stir for 1 minute to mix evenly.
4- Now add chopped tomatoes, cilantro in the mixture along with adding salt to taste.
5- Put the chicken pieces into the cooking pan, add two cups of water and wait for the water to dry a little. 1 table spoon cilantro is needed to be sprinkled over the chicken along with the garam masala.
6- Stew the chicken for 20 minutes to cook it properly.
7- Chicken curry is ready now. For enhancing the taste you can squeeze a few drops of lemon over it.
Though, over the time, taste of people regarding food has undergone a huge change but curry is one of those Indian dishes that have gained fame even in the countries like England and America.
